Injectable fillers and relaxants are powerful cosmetic tools to immediately plump, smooth, release tension, and soften features, for a more youthful appearance, with minimal downtime.
As we age the middle layer of the skin, the dermis, begins to thin and lose elasticity. We begin to see fine-to-deep wrinkles develop around the eyes and mouth with targeted volume loss in the cheeks, temples, under the eyes, and around the jawline, resulting in a less youthful appearance.
While distressing, these age-related changes can be slowed and even reversed with a comprehensive treatment plan developed with Dr. DeRosa. As a board-certified Dermatologist Dr. DeRosa has spent years studying facial anatomy and is trained in the most advanced injection techniques used to revitalize the face, neck, and décolleté.
Botox and other neuromodulators target dynamic wrinkles (formed by facial expressions) around the eyes, forehead, and between the brows. Hyaluronic acid fillers address volume loss and deeper static wrinkles in the cheeks, lips, temples, and jawline. And smoothness is restored to the temples, cheeks, neck, or décolleté with Radiesse which increases the body’s own natural production of collagen and elastin in the injection area.
With cosmetic injectables patients can expect minimal downtime with slight redness or bruising at the injection site. Results last 3-4 months for neuromodulators and 6-12 months for dermal fillers.

PLATELET-RICH-THERAPY (PRP) THERAPY for Thinning Hair
PRP therapy stimulates natural healing and boosts hair growth in thinning areas. The procedure involves drawing blood, processing it to concentrate platelets, and injecting platelets into the scalp with only minor discomfort and no downtime. SCLEROTHERAPY FOR LEG VEINS
Sclerotherapy involves injecting a solution into spider and varicose veins, causing them to collapse and fade, leading to smoother, clearer legs. Patients may experience mild burning or discomfort during injections; compression may be recommended post-procedure. Results are permanent for treated veins. For many this is a one-time treatment. For some patients retreatment may be required as new veins can appear over time.
